Note: Dormant accounts — those with no login activity for 12 consecutive months — may be subject to a monthly administrative fee as detailed in our account management policy. Contact support before this period to keep your account active.

Bonus Funds: Any active bonus balance or associated wagering requirements must be fulfilled before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in bonus forfeiture.

A bet may be voided by 55bmwvip in circumstances including but not limited to: the event being cancelled, a participant withdrawing before the event starts, an obvious pricing error by our trading team, or evidence of match manipulation. Voided bets have stakes returned in full.
If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly, contact 55bmwvip support within 30 days of settlement. We will review the dispute against official result sources and communicate our findings. The decision of 55bmwvip's trading team, after a fair review, is final.

Where an account is closed due to a Terms violation, 55bmwvip may forfeit any remaining balance at its discretion, particularly where that balance is linked to the activity that led to closure. Where closure is not due to a violation, any eligible remaining real-money balance will be refunded.
You may close your 55bmwvip account at any time by contacting our support team. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be refunded via your registered payment method, provided all KYC requirements have been met and no outstanding investigations are pending.
